The lawyer of the merengue institution, Franco Velazco, referred to the possible claim that the blanquiazules would make, assuring that the cream club does not care about it.

In addition, he did not hesitate to remind the La Victoria team that all entities such as the FPF, FIFA, and ADFP have legitimately awarded this title to 'U', so he told them that if they want to fight with someone, they should do it with others.
"Regarding what Alianza Lima does, the truth is that we don't care. The statistics from FPF, FIFA, and ADFP say that Universitario is the legitimate champion of 1934 and, well, if they want to go to the table and TAS, let them take the necessary actions. 'U' knows its history and its titles. Let them fight alone or with whoever they have to fight with," he said in an interview with DirecTV Sports.
On the other hand, Velazco also referred to the incident that occurred in the mural made by the IPD at the National Stadium, emphasizing that they are waiting for the investigation they mentioned.
"I believe that the IPD has already rectified the case, pending that there is an investigation process to find out the details and responsibilities according to that unfortunate disappearance at the stadium," he concluded.
