Jürgen Damm participated in seven matches with the team and scored a goal. During his brief tenure with the blue-cream squad, he had a connection with the fans through social media.

The last match of the player formed in Pachuca was in the second leg of the quarterfinals against Puebla, where a goal was disallowed for offside. He currently has an offer within Mexican football to continue his career.

Meanwhile, Miguel Layún has offers from MLS to continue his career. At América, he returned in 2021 with the goal of winning another cup, but this was not possible.

In 2020, he was close to joining the San Jose Earthquakes, but Monterrey's coach, Javier Aguirre, prevented his departure and managed to keep him with Rayados for one more season before returning to América.

In September of this year, the full-back acknowledged that he sees himself playing in American football.

"Yes, I see myself playing in the MLS, for sure. My contract will end this December, but why not? Next season, I would play in the MLS, I don't know, let's see, I want to try in the MLS, to be honest, it will be interesting for me," said Layún.
