The Tigres goalkeeper met with the popular actor, who reciprocated Nahuel's gift with a bottle of his own tequila brand

MONTERREY -- Argentine goalkeeper Nahuel Guzmán met with popular actor and wrestler Dwayne Johnson 'The Rock', to whom he gave his personal jersey and a promotional Tigres t-shirt.

The 50-year-old actor, who is currently on a promotional tour for his latest movie, thanked the goalkeeper for the gesture and praised him for his performance with the team.

"I asked the whole team here, I said tell me about this guy, Nahuel Guzmán Is he good? And they told me he's the best, number one," said The Rock and the people present laughed because the goalkeeper said "yes, number one (because it's the number he wears on his jersey)".

'The Rock', who rose to fame as a wrestler in the WWE, asked Nahuel Guzmán what his goals are as a professional athlete, and the goalkeeper said his desire is to play another Club World Cup.

"I am generating a new purpose, my path is being able to enjoy what I do and the biggest short-term goal is to play another Club World Cup with Tigres, we played it a year ago and if the results are right next year we could play it again," said the Tigres goalkeeper.

"Playing a Club World Cup means playing against the best in Europe, against the best in the world, and it is a challenging goal. I am rediscovering myself and I am in that process of new searches," Guzmán shared with Johnson, who listened attentively to the conversation with the help of a translator.

To say goodbye, Nahuel mentioned that he would also like to be an actor and Dwayne responded with laughter that he has the charisma to do it and to call him so that he can help him venture into that new facet. Before ending the gathering, 'The Rock' gave the goalkeeper a bottle of tequila from the company he has owned for 10 years.
