América, Monterrey, Santos Laguna, and Pachuca all trained on Tuesday as they wait for their first quarterfinal match in the 'fiesta grande', and here is an overview of these teams:
América
América had two training sessions on Tuesday, at 09:00 and 19:00, both in Coapa.
Coach Fernando 'Tano' Ortiz is keeping an eye on the recovery of injured players Bruno Valdés and Luis Fuentes, who are gradually working harder.
Bruno Valdés is already training with the team, with the intention of being considered for América's first Liguilla match.
