The Google search for the stadium where the final of Qatar 2022 World Cup will be played showed a curious result.

With less than two months to go before the start of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, searches on Google for news, topics, and statistics related to the matches and the locations of the matches have not stopped; on the contrary, they are increasing.

One of the searches on the world's most popular website that caught attention was related to the stadium where the World Cup final will be held: the Lusail Stadium.

Until a few hours ago, if someone searches for the "events at Lusail Stadium" in the web bar, a calendar with the dates of what will take place in the venue with a capacity of 80 thousand spectators will appear.

As of December 18th, the match between Brazil and France could be seen, instead of "Final". In response to this, social media exploded, wondering if what was posted on Google was an error or a prediction from the popular website.

An interesting fact is that Brazil and France have already faced each other during the World Cup organized in France in 1998. Additionally, the French team is the defending champion and the Brazilian team is the country with the most trophies in the World Cup.

Twitter users took the situation controversially and even humorously, but one tweet explained the reasons for the appearance of both countries' names: "That's because there are funny people who edit upcoming events on Google. You can also change public business phone numbers, for example, and suddenly one afternoon they receive 1000 calls ordering pizzas".
