As a reminder, this tournament is important not only in the same category but also in the Liga 1, as the winner awards two points in the Accumulated Table to the club it belongs to, whether it is Ayacucho FC or Alianza Lima.
Sebastién Pineau on reaching the final:
The Alianza Lima forward spoke after the victory against FBC Melgar: "Without a doubt, it was a hard-fought match. Melgar has been doing well throughout the tournament, but despite having one player less on the field, we were superior at all times. Personally, I am happy because we won and because of the two goals I scored," he said on Radio Ovación.
