Alianza Lima vs. Universitario will face each other on matchday 10 of the Clausura Tournament 2022. The blanquiazules will host the cremas at the Alejandro Villanueva stadium after three years and hope to secure a victory to stay close to the top of the Liga 1 standings. Waldir Sáenz, who referred to Hernán Barcos, spoke a little before the Peruvian classic.

Barcos leaves a lot and is not the reference that Alianza needs," Saenz said in statements to GolPerú.

The former player continued with his explanation and emphasized that the Argentine forward is "not the typical number 9" compared to some figures who have passed through Peruvian football such as Flavio Maestri, Roberto Silva or Emanuel Herrera.
