Peruvian athletes continue to bring joy to the country in international competitions. This time, Miguel Tudela was crowned champion of the World Surf League QS 5000 at the Arica Pro Tour (Chile) on Sunday.
The national athlete defeated his Brazilian colleague Ian Gouveia in a very exciting duel from start to finish. During the celebrations, he proudly displayed the Peruvian flag to the applause of the attendees at El Gringo beach.
Likewise, the official Instagram account of Arica Pro Tour congratulated the national surfer for this new achievement in his career. The championship highlighted that the last match was very close.
