Kena: Bridge of Spirits, the winner for Best Independent Video Game of 2021, will make its debut on Steam next September. It will also have a free update with a new game mode and other new features.
Last year, Kena: Bridge of Spirits captivated gamers with a magical adventure and an intriguing story. The game will be celebrating its first anniversary soon and, as a celebration, it will arrive on Steam on September 27. It will also have a free update with a New Game+ mode, which allows the player to start the game again with all the abilities and upgrades from the beginning, giving them an advantage in a more challenging adventure.

Other aspects included in the update are new charm stones that enhance Kena's abilities and a new game mode called "Spirit Guide Trials", which provides challenges to the player in three categories: obstacle course, defense against armies, and boss battles.
If the player completes the Spirit Guide Trials mode, they will unlock new outfits for Kena inspired by the game's characters and more charm stones. Finally, users who have the Deluxe edition will receive an exclusive outfit.
