After securing their place in the 'semis' of the Sudamericana, Melgar, through their social networks, published a curious image in which Carlos Caceda was the attraction.
The red and black goalkeeper appears in an edited image where his face replaced a well-known image of a Peruvian saint, thus he was baptized as 'San Caceda', as his performance was crucial to move on to the next round.
