Sergio Peña's Malmö advanced to the next stage in the Europa League.

Malmo from Sweden, where Peruvian midfielder Sergio Peña plays, secured their spot in the third round of the Europa League. The Swedish club had defeated Dudelange 3-0 in the first leg and today, in the second leg, they drew 2-2 in Luxembourg.

Sergio Peña had started the match, but the coach decided to substitute him around the 68th minute when the score was tied 2-2. Defender Niklas Moisander came on in his place. Furthermore, their qualification to the next stage was not at risk.

After qualifying for the third round, UEFA confirmed the name of the opponent that Malmo will face in the two-legged ties. Their opponent is Sivasspor from Turkey. The first match will be played in Sweden and then the second one will be in Sivas.
