Darwin Núñez impressed in his Premier League debut. The Uruguayan came on at the 51st minute for Firmino, when his team was losing by a narrow margin against Fulham. However, it only took him 13 minutes to score his first goal in the English league and with a backheel, assisted by Salah.
Liverpool drew 2-2 with Fulham in the match for Matchday 1 of the Premier League, this Saturday, August 6 at Craven Cottage Stadium. The home team surprised by taking the lead with a headed goal by Aleksandar Mitrović at the 32nd minute, thus going into halftime with an advantage.
In the second half, Darwin Núñez would come on at the 51st minute and it would only take him 13 minutes to score his first goal in the Premier League wearing the Liverpool shirt.
