The Paris Saint-Germain remains active in the transfer market. French defender Nordi Mukiele, 24, is the new signing for PSG this season, coming from RB Leipzig in Germany.
The French champion announced the reinforcement for the next five seasons, until 2027. PSG had been negotiating with RB Leipzig for weeks for the signing of Mukiele, and although none of the clubs made the amount official, the local press estimates that the transfer closed for 12 million euros.
Nordi Mukiele, a French footballer with Congolese roots, is the third addition to PSG for this season, which will be coached by Christophe Galtier. The other signings are Portuguese Vitinha (Porto) and the loan of French player Hugo Ekitiké (Reims).
The central defender - who has already been called up to the French national team once - fits the profile desired by the new project led by Galtier and Luis Campos (sports director), which prioritizes youth and potential.
