A woman in Puerto Rico suffered the deception of a man who pretended to be Jesus through a phone call and managed to get her to transfer money.

In the province of Caguas, Puerto Rico, this incident went viral on social media in which a woman reported being deceived by the "Messiah" through a phone call.
The victim, whose name is not known at the moment, received a call to her cellphone. On the other end of the line, a person who claimed to be Jesus answered and asked for help because he was in trouble.
The scammer told her that he was at the Miami International Airport and needed the woman's help, as she had been "chosen" by the grace of 'Jesus Christ the King'.
What did he ask for? The man had a problem with paying excess luggage and asked the victim for 500 dollars. Without hesitation, the woman made the transfer.
The woman sent the money along with the information that the supposed Jesus asked for. A few hours later, she realized that her account balance had been stolen. In response, she made the respective report.
Finally, the authorities in Caguas are following the footsteps of the scammer and this case has been sent to the Property and Fraud Division of the Criminal Investigations Corps.
