According to the statement from the Police, Judge Raiza Cajigas Campbell has issued the order in the San Juan First Instance Court after an ex parte request. So far, no details about the complaint have been disclosed.

After the document was issued, the Police went to the artist's residence located in the exclusive neighborhood 'El Dorado'; however, they were unable to reach him.
The spokesperson for the Police, Axel Valencia, informed the Associated Press agency that they could not reach Ricky Martin when they arrived at his residence. "At the moment, the Police have been unable to locate him," Valencia commented.
