The Youtuber started his boxing career and by a joke managed to get successful at it. Moreover, he managed to win against fighters that come exactly from the UFC. Now, full of confidence there is no stop to his callouts, appearances, and criticism. He is on a constant rampage of provoking someone. If he is not calling out Conor McGregor, he is attacking Dana White or Jon Jones, in any case, he is not silent.
Henry Cejudo Will Train Jake Paul For The UFC
In the last period, he has made some very bold statements directed at the UFC head, Dana White. He is asking for a general pay rule, insurance for the fighters, and even dares to insult Dana publicly, naming him the most selfish, capitalistic motherfucker.
Nonetheless, Dana has opened up recently and confessed that he already made an offer to Jake Paul. However, one month later, there is no answer from the Youtuber’s side. Moreover, Jake even denies rejecting the offer from the UFC.
“Dana, your challenge is accepted. I will fight in the UFC. I will retire from boxing. It shows that you are in a corner since you avoid all this shit. You’re a dog in a corner trying to fight to save his whole company and the embarrassment that I’ve put you through. Everybody sees it and what you can’t accept is that I’m trying to change the sport forever. I will add that you are one of the most selfish, capitalistic motherfuckers that I’ve ever seen. Everybody else needs you, Dana. I’m the only person that doesn’t need you and I don’t give a fuck about you, but all your fighters, they can’t say shit because you’ll just bench them. That’s what you are doing to Nate Diaz! But, you met your maker. I’m not gonna stop. Welcome to the show, ladies and gentlemen.” – Jake Paul says.
When this was published, the former two-division champion Henry Cejudo showed his interest in training Jake Paul for the possible UFC debut.
“With the IQ that I have for MMA, if Jake Paul ever wants to come out to Fight Ready, to come out and train with me, I will take care of him, dude. I think he has a better chance in mixed martial arts to become a world champion than he does in boxing.” Henry says.
He continues and explains how this offer comes from his heart and is not connected anyhow with payment whatsoever. He admires the guts that Jake has to stand up to Dana publicly and tell all that he has on his mind without any hesitation. If Jake decides to not take him as a trainer, Henry is OK with that as well. He leaves the offer for training on the table and is Jake’s turn to take it or not.
