Tamagotchi has announced the arrival of one of its devices for taking care of virtual pets with the Kingdom Hearts theme to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the popular Square Enix video game saga in Japan.

The news has been revealed by the Japanese Tamagotchi account on Twitter, where they have shared some information, such as the fact that the device will be released in October and will come with two modes: one representing light and the other darkness.
Its price in Japan will be 2,530 yen, equivalent to about $20.50 at the current exchange rate. Premium Bandai, the company that distributes them, will accept reservations until May 5. On their official website, they mention the possibility of "international shipping".

However, the regions listed are as follows: Taiwan, Macau, America, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Spain and Europe are not included in the list at the moment.
The Kingdom Hearts Tamagotchis for the 20th anniversary of the saga will follow in the footsteps of Kimetsu no Yaiba (also known by its English name, Demon Slayer) and will be of the Nano model, that is, monochromatic and smaller than the basic model, the Tamagotchi On.

According to Tamagotchi's announcement, there will be at least five available characters: Sora, Riku, Kairi, Donald, and Goofy, although more unlockables are expected.
