The history of the Marseille ultras

This is not an isolated incident. This season, Olympique de Marseille has already been sanctioned twice for acts of violence caused by its fans. The first instance was in the match against Nice on August 22, and the second one against Angers on September 22. The disciplinary committee of the LFP has warned the club that it could deduct points from their position in the standings if such incidents occur again.
