The Supreme Court has ruled the annulment of the Porxinos de Ribarroja PAI

The annulment of the urban project could mean that both the City Council of this town and Valencia CF should return the financial amounts that were advanced at the time, according to sources from the Valencian club confirmed to Efe.

According to official sources, the club had already considered this possibility for many months, when it already warned of the importance of the Porxinos contingency in the sales process.

The negotiation with some of the owners carried out during that sales process mitigates the contingencies, but the club understands that a process of dialogue and negotiation should be opened between all the parties affected by the judicial decision: the City Council, the owners, and Valencia itself, in order to try to find the best possible consensus solution.

Valencia reminds that it is not the responsible actor for the nullity of this PAI, but an affected party.
