Colombian Coach Edgar Ospina to Publish a Book on His Experiences in Peruvian Football
Colombian coach Edgar Ospina announced that he will be releasing a book containing all his experiences in Peruvian football, where he coached for 22 years.
"I am writing a book that I will publish in Peru. I will travel on a Monday, publish it, and an hour later I will be on a plane headed to Colombia because I am going to kill everyone (laughs). I won't give them time to react. Where is Ospina? Why did he publish that? They won't find me anymore (laughs)," he stated in an interview for El Bocón.
"It has more than three hundred pages, and I want to keep writing and go back to Peru, but my wife and daughters tell me not to get into trouble because there is a lot of acid there, but it's all about what I experienced. There are also good things. I even coached a game on horseback. And I had never before spoken on a platform with a politician like Rufilio Neyra," he added.
Among the various Peruvian clubs that Edgar Ospina coached, the most notable ones are 'compadres' Alianza Lima and Universitario de Deportes.
"I am part of the history of the two most popular clubs in Peruvian football. I feel privileged to have coached them, it's a pleasure that not everyone gets," added the popular 'Peinadito'.
