Quito -
Regarding rumors of an immediate transfer to the second division in Belgium after signing, Brighton & Hove Albion informed on Tuesday the number that Ecuadorian midfielder Moisés Caicedo will wear at the English club, where he will be playing in the Premier League.
Caicedo was announced on Monday as a signing for Brighton, and although reports suggested that he would be heading to Belgium, the club's manager, Graham Potter, assured that the Ecuadorian would be playing for the club.
"He (Caicedo) will stay with us and we will help him adapt in the best way possible. The most important aspect will be his adaptation to the new environment," stated the strategist.
This information was confirmed with the presentation of the jersey that Caicedo will wear at the club, through a video showing the process of printing the jersey for the Ecuadorian player, with the number 25.

The number that Caicedo will wear in the Premier League is the same number that Antonio Valencia wore in Manchester United, one of the Ecuadorian players that the young Ecuadorian talent admires.
Caicedo has arrived in England with a contract until June 2025 with Brighton & Hove Albion. (D)
