The Nacional announced this Monday its incorporations
for what will be its participation in the Serie B of LigaPro.
A group of nine players was presented by the native club
that this season will be under the command of José Voltaire Villafuerte
to seek the return to the top division.
From the group of signings, the most experienced is the central defender Santiago Mallitásig,
a 30-year-old player who has worn the shirts of Aucas, Clan Juvenil, and Olmedo, a club he was with in 2020.

Other announced elements were goalkeeper Jordan Congo; defenders Luis Erazo, Flavio Quiñónez, and Adrián Angulo; midfielders Hamilton Prado, Santiago Pico, and Jipson Orobio; as well as forward Carlos Bailón, all with experience in Serie B and the second division.
Confirmed their relegation to the Serie B of the national tournament, the native ones lost part of their squad, the most experienced,
with which the project led by Cielo Villafuerte aimed to restructure its roster.
A reduced base of players continues in the club, among them goalkeeper Leodán Chalá and midfielders Ronald De Jesús and Adrián Cela.
The native team has been in preseason for three weeks and their first test would be against Aucas in the presentation of the eastern team, on February 13,
