The Disciplinary Commission of the Peruvian Football Federation (CD-FPF) penalizes Adrián Zela
The Disciplinary Commission of the Peruvian Football Federation (CD-FPF) has penalized Adrián Zela, player of Sport Chavelines from the Liga 2, for not complying with COVID-19 protocols when he belonged to Sport Boys, a club from the Liga 1.
Through resolution No. 055-CD-FPF-2020, the 31-year-old player was informed that he has been suspended for three matches in Liga 2 and fined 01 UIT (S/ 4,300).
Adrián Zela was intervened and arrested at his home on August 20th for holding a gathering with friends during curfew. After an investigation, Sport Boys decided to remove him from the first team.
Zela immediately joined Sport Chavelines, a team from Liga 2, which won 1-0 against Unión Comercio in its debut this week. The experienced defender started and played the full 90 minutes.
