Real Madrid Facilitates Protection to its Players

The Real Madrid provided protection to all its players as soon as they accessed a sports city that has been disinfected on several occasions during the coronavirus pandemic.

The footballers arrived in groups, according to the club's appointments, to avoid crowding and following health regulations. They got out of their cars wearing masks and gloves to access the area where doctors were conducting the tests.

Zidane showed interest in the condition of his players and the club broadcasted footage of two special talks. The first one with captain Sergio Ramos and the second with Belgian Eden Hazard, who is in the final stages of recovering from his injury that eventually required surgery.

Depending on the test results and the guidelines from LaLiga, the French coach intends to start training as soon as possible at the Real Madrid City, following the protocol and on an individualized basis.

Whether it's this Friday or next Monday, what is certain is that Zidane will have players back who were injured when the unexpected hiatus occurred. Belgian Thibaut Courtois and Brazilian Marcelo, who got injured in the last match against Real Betis, and Marco Asensio, who has recovered from a serious knee injury that has kept him from playing all season, will now be able to join the Madrid team.

The only doubt to clarify is Hazard's condition and the moment when he can start fieldwork. He underwent surgery for the distal fibula fracture in his right leg on March 5th in Dallas, United States, and the recovery period ranged from two to three months.
