As a reward for the solid qualification to the quarterfinals, Jorge Sampaoli scheduled another outing of the Juan Pinto Durán National Team this Monday, to go out for dinner at a restaurant. This time they were accompanied by the president of the ANFP, Sergio Jadue.
It's the second time that the National Team will do this activity, which they already did on Tuesday, June 9, two days before their debut in the Copa América, where they defeated Ecuador 2-0.
The idea is to have a moment of relaxation outside the training center, especially considering the stressful past week they had, with two matches (a draw against Mexico and a victory over Bolivia) and the Arturo Vidal scandal, which had the whole squad under maximum tension.
Thus, after advancing to the quarterfinals, the situation changed and considering that there will be no more rest days, Sampaoli decided to repeat the outing to eat at the Cívico restobar, after the afternoon practice, where they once again had a menu of meat with salads. The bus left Pinto Durán around 8:00 PM and returned about two hours later.
The National Team will return to training on Tuesday morning and the lineup that Sampaoli intends to field against Uruguay on Wednesday at 8:30 PM at the Nacional Stadium will begin to take shape.
