Vanessa Laine, wife of Kobe Bryant, changed her profile picture on her Instagram account, this being her first public act after the death of her husband and her eldest daughter Gianna Marie (13) in a tragic helicopter accident.
Vanessa posted a picture of Kobe and Gianna, when they were at the NBA All-Star Game in 2016 in Toronto, one of the last appearances of 'Black Mamba' in an All Star Game. This act has been the first for the ex-basketball player's wife, who has not made any statements since the accident that took away her husband and daughter.
Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna lost their lives after the helicopter they were traveling in with seven other people crashed while heading to a baseball game. According to People magazine, Vanessa is 'trying to be strong' for her other three daughters.
