Universitario de Deportes recently announced Gregorio Pérez as the new coach of the first team. However, it seems that he won't be the only new coach to arrive at the crema team next year. According to RPP Noticias, Paul Cominges is a great option at the club to replace Juan Pajuelo as the reserves' head coach.
Paul Cominges, who previously played for Universitario de Deportes, would arrive with Paolo Maldonado as his assistant. Although Pajuelo and Gregorio Bernales' coaching staff still have a contract until next year, the institution is considering making a change.
On the other hand, Paul Cominges hasn't had the opportunity to coach since 2017, when he was with Coopsol in the Second Division. He has also had experiences in other Peruvian football clubs such as Bolognesi, Sport Boys, and Cienciano.
Meanwhile, Juan Pajuelo joined the reserves of Universitario de Deportes at the beginning of the season, replacing Javier Chirinos, who had held the position for a long time. Now, just one year later, the former Comerciantes Unidos coach could be dismissed to make way for Paul Cominges.
