Ring of Honor celebrated on October 23 the first set of recordings that will extend throughout the weekend in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The company recorded four episodes for its ROH TV program, which airs on the American network Destination America and on the 24th it will proceed to film its special event Glory By Honor XIV, which can be found in the On Demand section of its website once it is edited and uploaded.
The results of the first series of recordings are as follows:
First episode
- ACH defeated Cedric Alexander.
- Caprice Coleman defeated Will Ferrara by submission.
- The Briscoes defeated the All Night Express (Rhett Titus and Kenny King) in the rematch of their match at All Stars Extravaganza.
Second episode
- War Machine (Hanson and Rowe) defeated Silas Young and Beer City Bruiser.
- Nigel McGuinness, ROH matchmaker, announced that he cannot give Steve Corino back his commentator position, but he can rehire him as a wrestler. Corino said he would like to face BJ Whitmer, but he must undergo neck surgery. Steve hugged his ex-teammates.
- Michael Elgin defeated his opponent in a squash match. After this, he challenged Jay Lethal for the ROH World Heavyweight Championship.
- The Kingdom (Mike Bennett and Matt Taven, with Maria Kanellis) defeated The Addiction (Daniels and Kazarian, with Chris Sabin) to retain the ROH World Tag Team Championship. A masked member of the KRD hit Kaz with a superkick. After the match, War Machine became the next challengers for the titles.
Third episode
- Moose defeated his opponent in a squash match. After the match, Moose said he also wants to be a contender for the World Championship.
- Moose and Michael Elgin defeated the House of Truth (Donovan Dijak and J. Diesel). Moose and Elgin confronted each other after the match.
- BJ Whitmer attacked Steve Corino. After this, McGuinness banned The Decade from the PPV Final Battle, which will be held in December.
- Roderick Strong defeated Jay Lethal to become the new ROH Television Champion. This victory ends Lethal's record reign as champion for a year and a half.
Fourth episode
- Will Ferrara defeated Adam Page.
- Cheeseburger defeated Tim Hughes. After the match, Brutal Bob Evans attacked Cheeseburger.
- The main event of the Final Battle PPV was announced: Jay Lethal will defend the ROH World Heavyweight Championship against AJ Styles.
- The Addiction (Daniels & Kazarian) announced that they will be in New Japan Pro Wrestling.
- The match between Adam Cole and Dalton Castle was canceled.
- The Kingdom (Adam Cole, Mike Bennett, and Matt Taven) defeated Dalton Castle and War Machine (Hanson and Rowe) in a three-on-three match. Cole pinned Castle for the win.
