"The Galician club will take care of the player's salary and up to 1.5 million euros in variables," stated Barcelona in a statement, in which they "publicly express their gratitude to Rafinha for his commitment and dedication and wish him a lot of luck and success in the future."
With the arrival of Rafinha Alcantara, the club presided over by Carlos Mouriño completes the "Operation Return," which began with the return of Denis Suárez, Pape Cheikh, and Santi Mina.
"Rafinha grew up in Vigo, played at Balaídos as a child, and always showed great affection and a strong connection with RC Celta, with whom he played in several tournaments in lower categories. The fans remember his great performance in the 2013/2014 season, when he wore the sky blue jersey under the orders of Luis Enrique," added Celta de Vigo on their website.
