The director Roberto Gomez Fernandez announced that he is still working on the biographical series of his father, "Chespirito", which will be ready in 2020. This time he has not ruled out that Maria Antonieta de las Nieves, "La Chilindrina", participates in this project.
He commented to Infobae that he would like to talk to her to join the project, since she is an actress who will add important information about the productions of Roberto Gomez Bolaños.
"I have always had a great affection for Maria Antonieta, I met her since I was a child and she always received me with great affection, so whatever she adds is welcome," said the son of Roberto Gomez Bolaños and Graciela Fernández, the comedian's first wife.
Similarly, he stated that he would be delighted if he could work with her. "She has a very particular vision of many things and it would be a great pleasure for me. I looked for her but couldn't find her recently," he said.
Roberto Gomez Fernandez has not determined who will portray his father, as he has not yet reached the casting stage, but he hopes that the series will be ready by the end of 2020 since the project started last year and only a few details need to be fine-tuned.
