River Plate's delegation arrives in Paraguay for the Libertadores Cup quarterfinals

The millionaire delegation arrived on Tuesday night in Paraguay to play the second leg of the Copa Libertadores de América quarterfinals against Cerro Porteño at the General Pablo Rojas stadium on Thursday, starting at 18:15.

The team led by Marcelo Gallardo will defend a two-goal advantage scored by Ignacio González and Colombian Rafael Santos Borré, both from penalty kicks, a week ago in the first leg held at Monumental stadium in Buenos Aires.

"I believe it's a result that we should be calm about but not entirely. I think one more goal would have been a significant margin," said the Colombian forward in an interview published on Tuesday by the sports newspaper Olé.

The Argentine team arrives in Asunción without central midfielder Enzo Pérez, who will miss the match due to the yellow card he received in the first leg from referee Víctor Carrillo. He would be replaced by Bruno Zuculini.

Probable River Plate starting eleven: Franco Armani; Gonzalo Montiel, Robert Rojas, Lucas Martínez Quarta, Milton Casco; Ignacio Fernández, Bruno Zuculini, Exequiel Palacios, Nicolás de la Cruz; Rafael Santos Borré and Matías Suárez.
