Everything is set for Cristian Benavente to become the new reinforcement of FC Nantes and migrate his football to the Ligue 1, confirmed an important executive of the French club on Monday.

According to Frank Kita, sports manager of the institution, the Peruvian midfielder is currently in French territory to finalize his incorporation into the 'canaries', which would be confirmed shortly.
"He is here, he has just arrived, he is undergoing his medical examination," highlighted Kita in a press conference when asked about the arrival of Cristian Benavente during the presentation of Denis Petric, another of Nantes' signings for the season.
The 'Chaval' would play in France coming from Egyptian Pyramids, loaned with a non-obligatory purchase option for an approximate value of five million euros.
