As it is remembered, in the television program "Jorge Ramos y su Banda", it was revealed that Pedro Gallese is actively negotiating with the America directive to arrive as soon as possible in Coapa.
In this way, the goalkeeper Agustín Marchesin became the player of Porto in Portugal, after playing for three years with America of Mexico, club with which he was champion in the local tournament Apertura 2018.
The transfer amount was not disclosed, but media reports indicate that Porto paid 7 million euros for the 31-year-old goalkeeper to be with the 'Dragons' until 2023.
"The club has reached an agreement for the definitive sale of the Argentine goalkeeper Agustín Marchesín to one of the most important teams in Portugal and Europe: F.C. Porto", informed America.
"The international goalkeeper of the Argentine national team will have his first adventure in European football with the team that will soon play the Champions League and that has a great tradition in European competitions", added the Mexican team.
Agustín Marchesin made his debut in 2009 with Lanús from Argentina. Five years later he came to Mexico to defend the goal of Santos Laguna until 2016 when he joined America's "Eagles".
With Lanús, Agustín Marchesin won the Copa Sudamericana title in 2013, and with the "Warriors" of Santos he was champion of the local tournament Clausura 2015.
