Real Madrid officially announced on Thursday that Dani Ceballos has been loaned to Arsenal in England for a season. The move was also confirmed by the English club through their social media accounts.
"Real Madrid C.F. and Arsenal FC have agreed to loan the player Dani Ceballos for the upcoming season, until June 30, 2020," says the Spanish team in a brief statement.

The decision is made. This season I will be a gunner! I can't wait to start. Hello Arsenal. I'm here," the player posted on his Twitter account. Ceballos' post is accompanied by a short video in which he wears the shirt of the London team for the first time.
The midfielder will play in English lands after two seasons at Real Madrid, the club he joined in mid-2017 from Real Betis. It was with this last team that Ceballos made his debut in the first division.

The Utrera-born footballer arrives at the request of Unai Emery, his compatriot and coach of the club, who expressed his satisfaction with the arrival of the midfielder.
"We are excited to see Dani join us. He is a talented player with great technical ability, creativity, and precision," Emery declared on the Arsenal website.
Dani Ceballos will wear the number 8 shirt and his debut with the gunners could take place in the Emirates Cup, which Arsenal will play against Olympique Lyon this Sunday.
