The former Tottenham player has no plans to leave. He knows that he is backed by his contract until 2022. If a good offer doesn't come, he won't leave. The only league he sees as a possibility is the Premier League and there are no proposals. If he doesn't leave, he knows he will be on the bench, so other options are being considered.
In addition to Bale's refusal, there is also the fact that the 50 to 60 million euros offered for him do not satisfy Real Madrid. It's practically half the amount of money that Florentino Perez paid in 2013 for the 'Welsh Express'.
The problem also lies in Gareth Bale's salary. Currently, he is one of the highest paid players at Real Madrid. His salary is around 17 million euros per year, an amount that is inaccessible for Tottenham.
With Eden Hazard on the left and Karim Benzema or Luka Jovic up front, someone is needed to be a game-changer on the right. Sadio Mane is the chosen one. The Senegalese player is one of Zidane's proposals. The first choice was Kylian Mbappe, but his departure from PSG is almost impossible, so Mane from Liverpool is the candidate.
According to Diario Gol, Hazard and company agree. They know him from the Premier League and know that he can contribute to the team. He has even been mentioned as a possibility to compete for the Ballon d'Or alongside Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
