New Generation
At only 17 years old, Rodrygo Goes is expected to be the next superstar of Real Madrid. After confirming his transfer to the Spanish club last June, the Brazilian forward made it clear that he doesn't want to be compared to other stars from his country like Neymar or Robinho.
When asked about his extraordinary talent with the ball in an interview for the Brazilian media 'O Estado de Sao Paulo', the current Santos player clarified that "I'm neither the new Neymar nor the new Robinho, I'm Rodrygo''.
Determined. His youth is not an excuse to avoid dreaming big, as the attacker continues to make his mark in the Brazilian club where he already wears the number '9', and has scored 5 goals in twelve matches played in the Brasileirao 2018.
Rodrygo is already counting the days to come of age and fly to the Santiago Bernabéu to fulfill his dream of wearing the white jersey, just like his compatriot from Flamengo, Vinícius Junior, did this summer.
"I have already achieved one of the goals of my career, which is to be signed by a great European club. Now my goal is to reach the national team and one day be chosen as the best player in the world," expressed the '9'.
