Epic Games has taken care of optimizing Fortnite as best as possible. Additionally, they use the graphic engine of the same company, so you don't need to make major changes for the performance to go well.
The title is available for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, and iOS . For now, the Android version does not have a release date. We will keep you informed in case it is confirmed.
