Psychometric personality evaluations applied to teachers

From this Tuesday until July 10, teachers from the public teaching profession will take psychometric personality tests nationwide.

This evaluation is conducted by the Ministry of Education as a mechanism of prevention of abuse and violence against students within the public system and is mandatory.

In recent days, the deputy minister of Education, Álvaro Sáenz, explained that the exam will measure the attitudes of teachers beyond giving a grade.

Nationally, the test will be administered to 163,999 teachers through a computerized system and will last 90 minutes. In Guayaquil, Duran, and Samborondon, around 18,000 teachers are called to take the psychometric tests.

El Carmen and Santo Domingo celebrate their cantonization

Municipality of Guayaquil will sign three contracts for works
