The Argentine midfielder of Paris Saint Germain (PSG) Javier Pastore arrived on Monday at Ciampino airport to formalize his signing with Roma and received a long ovation from the capital team's fans on his way out.
The 'Flaco', who played the last seven seasons at PSG, landed in Ciampino on a private flight from Ibiza and took photos with Roma's scarf, as seen in a video from the Italian club on Twitter.
Dressed in a black suit jacket and white shirt, Javier Pastore spent a few minutes signing autographs for his new fans, who waited for him at the airport despite the heavy rain falling in the capital on Monday.
The versatile midfielder, who can play as a midfielder, attacking midfielder, and also as a winger in a 4-3-3 formation, will go to Villa Stuart clinic on Tuesday for medical tests, according to sources from Roma.
If he passes the medical examination, the Argentine will become Roma's sixth market signing for the next season.
