Gala Concert in Moscow

Tenors Juan Diego Flórez and Plácido Domingo, as well as Russian soprano Anna Netrebko, will be the guest stars of the gala concert to be held in Moscow's Red Square, one day before the start of the 2018 Russia World Cup.

Opera and Duets

The Peruvian and the Spanish singers will perform well-known opera pieces and will sing duets with several tenors from the host country. The concert, which will be televised worldwide, is one of the most anticipated artistic events by the attendees of the World Cup.

World-famous Singers

The organizers of the event highlight that both Juan Diego Flórez and Plácido Domingo are famous worldwide "not only for their voice and artistic talent", but also "for their positive connection with sports".

Symphonic Orchestra and Presenter

The Mariinsky Theatre Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Valery Gergiev, will accompany the singers. The event will be presented by Russian model Natalia Vodianova, one of the ambassadors of the Russia World Cup.
