Argentina's Participation in the Odesur Games

Argentina completed its participation in the first phase of the men's soccer tournament at the Odesur Games with a draw against Bolivia that allowed the national team to qualify for the semifinals of the tournament and continue their dream of bringing the gold medal home from Cochabamba.

The match, played at the Felix Capriles Stadium, ended 1-1 with the Argentine goal scored by Gonzalo Desio, a player from Estudiantes de La Plata.

In this way, the Under 19 National Team finished at the top of Group 1 with 5 points, thanks to one victory and two draws. On Sunday, they will face Paraguay in the semifinals, with the aim of playing the final on Tuesday against the winner of Chile-Colombia.
