The Peruvian National Team receives a tribute from Denmark

A week ago, the Peruvian National Team dedicated an emotional video to Denmark, explaining the reality of the country and giving a preview of the type of opponent they would face in the first match of Group C at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

Han pasado unos días y el equipo danés ha respondido con otro video emocionante. Esta vez, jugadores de la talla de Christian Eriksen elogiaron a la Selección Peruana y hasta presentaron una canción con el himno danés reescrito solamente para la bicolor.

"Dear Peruvian National Team, we believe you are a wonderful people. A fantastic nation. Spending 36 years in the shadow of football is not easy. To honor your return to the highest level of football, we have written a song. A song for a beautiful country. See you on the field on June 16th. P.S. Congratulations on the victory against Scotland yesterday," was the message from the Danish Football Federation.

The Peruvian National Team will make its debut in Russia 2018 against Denmark. The match will take place at the Mordovia Arena in Saransk, on Saturday, June 16th at 11:00 a.m. (Peruvian time). After this match, Gareca's players will face France and end their participation in the group stage against Australia.
