27 people, including a minor, were arrested in Torreón during the Santos Laguna championship celebrations.
Jesús Javier Campos Escobedo, President of the Municipal Court of Justice (TJM), reported that they were arrested during the night on Sunday after 21:00 and early Monday morning until 6:00 today.
The arrests were made by Fuerza Coahuila, GATES, Municipal Police, and Metropolitan Force.
The crimes committed were disturbing the peace, consuming alcoholic beverages in public, causing a scene, and getting into a fight in Plaza Mayor. The president of the court informed that the detainees will be subject to a fine of up to 1500 pesos or 36 hours of arrest.
Only one minor was arrested, fined, and handed over to their parents, as dictated by the regulations.
In addition to these arrests, the Red Cross reported six incidents in which they attended to people who were run over during the celebrations, all of them out of danger.
A total of 35,000 people went to celebrate in Plaza Mayor. Civil Protection attended to four people who were assaulted and two others who had foam thrown in their eyes.

Two young people were arrested for disturbing the peace in the Fidel Velázquez neighborhood and another for driving under the influence.
NO INCIDENTS IN LERDO
The mayor of Lerdo, María Luisa González Achemm, stated that there were no accidents or damage in the city during the Santos Laguna championship celebrations.
Groups of people also gathered in the main streets of the city to celebrate the victory of the Lagunero team, with Francisco I. Madero street being the most congested.
A total of 600 people enjoyed the game on the giant screen set up in Madero by the Municipal Plaza.
