Mohamed Salah scored a goal in Liverpool's 4-0 victory over Brighton and helped the Reds secure their spot in the upcoming Champions League, a competition they could win in a few days when they face Real Madrid in the final.
With that goal, the Egyptian reached his 32nd conquest in the Premier League, also setting a new record: he became the player with the most goals in a season in the English league.
Mohamed Salah has surpassed Cristiano Ronaldo, Luis Suarez, and Alan Shearer in these statistics. The Portuguese, the Uruguayan, and the Englishman only reached 31 goals.
A few days ago, Mohamed Salah was awarded as the best player of the year in the Premier League, a competition in which he managed to score against 17 out of the 19 opponents he faced. Will he close this great season by winning the Champions League?
