Lucas Alario scores two goals in Bayer Leverkusen's victory over Hannover 96

The Argentine forward Lucas Alario scored two goals today in Bayer Leverkusen's 3-2 home victory over Hannover 96 in a match corresponding to the 34th and final round of the German League.

The former River Plate player scored his goals in the 3rd and 18th minutes of the first half, thus reaching nine goals in his first season in German football.

Alario, 25, became the second top scorer of his team, being only surpassed by the German Kevin Volland (14). In addition, the German Julian Brandt (10th min in the 2nd half) shaped Leverkusen's success, despite the goals of the German Niclas Füllkrug (46th min in the 2nd half) and the Austrian Martin Harnik (49th min in the 2nd half).
