Marvel's "Avengers: Infinity War" disappoints critics
The highly anticipated movie "Avengers: Infinity War" has finally arrived in theaters. The film brings together most of the heroes from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Although many reviews of "Avengers: Infinity War" have been published in recent days, it seems that the average rating is not what the company expected. Metacritic, a website that compiles multiple expert reviews, has given the Avengers a score below 80.
On a scale from zero to one hundred, the Marvel movie has currently achieved a score of 68. Only one website has given it a perfect score of 100, while most ratings range between 80 and 70. It is the low ratings that have brought the Avengers below the 70 mark.
Among the negative comments received by "Avengers: Infinity War," some include phrases like "Many heroes, little story." The criticism is quite consistent, as the narrative of the film is somewhat overshadowed by the number of characters that have been introduced over the years.
The comments and ratings from viewers will start to come in on April 27th. Metacritic always differentiates between expert opinions and those of the general public.
