Independiente BBC won again on Tuesday against Talleres de Tafi Viejo at Ciudad Stadium and swept the series (3-0) to advance to the quarterfinals of the Argentine League.

After the victory, shooting guard Federico Mansilla and point guard Damian Palacios spoke with Noticiero 7 and expressed their feelings.

The first objective was to win one game, we won the first one, the second was a gift from heaven and we played the third one as we wanted. We have 10 days off to think about the possible opponent.

I think the series was defined in Tucuman, without undermining the good team that Talleres is. We came across a renewed Independiente, we are this team and we have to take advantage of it.

We were able to play with our heads, control the game from the beginning and close the series. Now it's time to rest a little since we had a great wear and tear after the last four finals we played thinking about permanence. We took off that burden, started to display our game and we stayed with this series.

We are a team that never fell despite the position we were in. Today we entered a place that not long ago nobody believed possible.

There are always things to improve, we have to play according to the opponent we face. But I think that if we are in good shape and defend as we did in the last games, we have chances to fight on equal terms with anyone.
