Sábado 24 de Marzo del 2018

The players of the Peruvian National Team who started the actions against Croatia carried out regenerative work and this attracted attention.

Did Robocops invade the concentration of Peru in Miami? No, don't let yourself be fooled by the image that opens the note. They are the players of the Peruvian National Team , who are using special boots for their recovery after such an intense match as the one they held against Croatia.

This morning, the players of the bicolor who started the action at the Hard Rock Stadium carried out regenerative work. They stayed at the hotel to fulfill a routine in the gym. Then, they went to a concentration room to put on those special boots, which resemble those of "Robocop".

That's what we saw in the video that Christian Ramos shared on his Instagram account. Not only he was wearing the boots but also his teammates like Cueva, Cáceda, Ruidíaz.

What is the treatment called and what is it for? Its name is "pressotherapy" and it uses boots that go up to the waist and fill with air. This generates pressure on the legs and helps blood circulation and prevents muscle problems such as cramps and contractions.

Ramos analyzed the match against Croatia

The captain of the bicolor against Croatia drew some conclusions from the Peruvian victory. "When we had the ball we did damage, when they had the ball we closed them down very well, we didn't give them space. Although we have a lot of things to correct, but we have to continue to make ourselves respected," he said.

Ramos assured that the team "has no limit. The goal is to keep growing with each match." And about his partner on the backline, Anderson Santamaría, he commented: "He played very well. He plays really well. Every player who enters the team does it in the best way," he concluded.
