The former Barcelona footballer himself stated that his absence was due to contractual issues that prevented him from attending the venue.

In any case, fans who had bought tickets for the game expressed their displeasure towards the organization by crowding the ticket offices in search of a refund. According to a video published by Veracruz News, the enraged crowd even tied up a member of the administration responsible for promoting the match.

The person involved is named Mario Ortega, who explained that the money would be refunded on Monday between 12:00 and 18:00.
