MEXICO -- Chivas revealed the club's medical report prior to Matchday 11 of the Bancomer League in which they will face Lobos BUAP.
The most significant absence is Jesús Sánchez, who will be missing for 16 weeks due to various injuries in his right knee.
The 'Chapito' was injured during the match against America and Chivas released the following information.
"An MRI was done, which didn't reveal many clinical data, not coinciding with the knee's clinical signs, which is why it was decided to perform a diagnostic arthroscopy, which he underwent on Friday morning. The arthroscopy showed a torn meniscus with detached cartilage, which was repaired, and a osteochondritis of the lateral femoral condyle of his knee, which underwent microfractures.
